The 2nd point is to only use scripts or software that is reliable. There are many scripts that don&#039;t get updated regularly and if you use them too often (re your question), you could be banned from the search engines. 
1. It&#039;s safer to use PULL marketing techniques and attract followers. ie. follow me links on your posts blog or site...
2. Providing good content often means you will be re-tweeted (RT) too.</description>
